Some of the stores work under the Lowe’s banner. Later on, it will be rebranded gradually as Rona in 2023. In May 2016, Lowes acquired rona for CAD 3.2 billion. Thereafter, it announced that it would sell all the Canadian companies, including Rona, to Sycamore Partners. The deal will be completed in February of 2023.

At present, rona is available in more than 470 locations. There are more than 52,000 employees in the Rona Store company. Rona is now a vast company in Canada in the home improvements category.
