There are three prizes to be won during each drawing period from March 15, 2023, to February 15, 2024.
One (1) Walmart gift card in the amount of CDN$ 1,000. So, for each drawing month, three prizes will be awarded. So, overall, in the sweepstakes period, there are thirty-six (36) prizes with a total value of $36,000.
There is a limit of one prize per person.

- Purchase at any Walmart Canada retail location between February 1, 2023, and January 31, 2024, and save the receipt.
- Take the receipt handy and visit www.survey.walmart.ca official website. Try to visit the website within 14 days after the visit date.
- Please enter the store #, TC # and Visit Date located on the front of your receipt.
- Also, fill in the details like complete name, mailing address, phone number and age in the appropriate fields.
- Answer the questionnaires asked honestly & submit your responses.
