Opinion.Rona.Ca Rules

  1. Every Rona opinion survey member must be a resident of Canada.
  2. The minimum age for the survey is 18.
  3. There is an entry restriction of one entry for a receipt.
  4. All the rona store employees are not supposed to participate in the rona survey.
  5. The prize of a $1000 gift card is not transferable.

  2. Enter the 14-digit Access Code from the receipt and hit the start button.

  4. I want to give a review to an employee that served me very well. His name is Claude, and the department of tools store is Rona entrepôt Saint-Laurent on Côte Vertu, Montreal, Qc.

  5. My husband and I recently visited Rona/ 1300 Castlefield Avenue to purchase a bathtub. We had intended to purchase other bathroom fixtures from Home Depot. However, Karen, the sales/customer service representative, was invaluable and knowledgeable about the products we needed. With her invaluable assistance, we decided to purchase all that we needed for our new bathroom from Rona (a shower kit, grab bars, towel and robe hooks, pedestal sink/faucet, medicine cabinet and a light fixture).

    Our decision to purchase all of the above was entirely due to Karen’s assistance. We observed that Karen dealt with multiple customer inquiries while advising us. It was quite remarkable. She undoubtedly is a valuable asset to the Store.

    Our access code says the survey has to be done within 10 days; I’m not sure why it won’t let me do the survey. We had plank flooring put in our home this past week, purchasing it from Rona on Primeway Drive here in Welland. We want to express how happy we are with the installers who did the work for us. Mary from the Primeway store was professional and kind with our purchase, constantly emailing us and answering any questions we had during the installation process. You are fortunate to have her in your customer service area. I recommend that our family and friends check Rona out for any services they may need. Lorraine and Tom Paolone
