Purchase at any of the Firehouse subs and save the receipt.

  1. Open a web browser from your phone, tablet, or laptop & access the survey website at www.firehouselistens.com.
  2. Enter a 20-digit validation number (survey code) or 18-digit survey code, enter the total amount from the receipt & hit the start button.
  3. The survey process has now started.
  4. Don’t forget to share your honest opinions about product quality, staff behaviour, quick checkout, surrounding neatness, & more.
  5. Provide your answers honestly, and your feedback will help improve the restaurant in future.
  6. You get a completion code on the screen at the end of the survey. Please write the following code on the receipt which you have.
  7. Visit the restaurant with the receipt and completion code, show it to the restaurant employees, and grab the offer.
