Having trouble with your receipt information? The most common issue is the Time of Visit field. Make sure you enter the exact time shown on your receipt, including both the hour and minute. If even one digit is wrong, your entry will not go through.
Transaction number confusion? The Ticket/Transaction Number is the cashier’s short ID (3–4 digits) — not the long barcode sequence on the receipt. Look for a short number, not a long one.
Is your receipt more than 7 days old? Unfortunately, it has expired, and there is no way to use it. Next time, save your receipt and try to complete the survey on the same day you shop.
