About Reynolds

I test customer satisfaction surveys for a living — or at least, for a sizable chunk of my week.

It started with a simple frustration: every time I tried to find out how a store’s feedback survey actually worked, I’d land on a page that read as if it had been written without anyone ever touching the receipt. Vague steps, copy-pasted rules, and rewards that turned out to be wrong by the time I tried them myself.

So this site works differently. Every guide here starts with an actual receipt and an actual visit to the survey page — not a rewrite of someone else’s article. When a survey changes its reward, code format, or rules, I rerun it and update the guide, with the date and result logged right on the page.

What “Verified” Means Here

  • I personally complete the survey being written about
  • I note the exact store, date, and outcome (coupon, sweepstakes entry, etc.)
  • I revisit guides periodically — not just once at launch — and log any changes in a visible change log on each post.
  • If something doesn’t work as described, I’d rather say so than pad the page with filler.r

What I’m Not

I’m not affiliated with Kohl’s, Wendy’s, Kroger, or any of the brands covered here. These guides are independent and unofficial — written by someone who shops at these places and gets curious about the small print on receipts. Always complete surveys on the brand’s own official site; this site only explains the process.
